A bridal show (also called a bridal expo or wedding showcase) is an event where engaged couples meet and compare multiple wedding vendors in one place. Photographers, florists, caterers, DJs, cake designers, planners, and venues all exhibit under one roof, allowing couples to see samples, ask questions, and book services — often at exclusive expo-only pricing.
Boss Lady Bridal Shows hosts boutique evening expos across New York and New Jersey. Our shows run from 1:00–4:00 PM or 6:30–9:30 PM and feature 25–50+ hand-selected local wedding vendors in an intimate, upscale setting.

Doors open at 1:00 PM or 6:30 PM. Pick up your welcome bag (swag bag for the first 40 brides in attendance) and event guide listing every vendor on the floor.

Are bridal shows worth it?
Yes — bridal shows save couples significant time and money. Instead of scheduling dozens of individual vendor appointments, you meet 25–50+ vendors in a single evening, compare options side by side, and often secure exclusive expo-only discounts. Most couples book at least one vendor the night of the show.
How much does it cost to attend a Boss Lady Bridal Show?
Ticket prices vary by show. General admission tickets are available on Eventbrite for each event. Many shows offer early-bird pricing for couples who register in advance. Check the individual show page for current pricing.
What should I bring to a bridal show?
Bring your ticket (printed or on your phone), a list of vendors you still need to book, a notebook or use your phone to take notes, and a stack of address labels with your name, email, and wedding date — vendors use these for follow-up. Most importantly, bring your fiancé, maid of honor, or anyone helping plan the wedding.
Do I need an appointment to attend a bridal show?
No appointment is needed. Boss Lady Bridal Shows are open to all ticketed attendees during show hours (6:30–9:30 PM). You can walk the floor at your own pace and spend as much or as little time at each vendor booth as you like.
