Our shows are intentionally small — 25 to 50 vendors — so you get real face time with couples instead of getting lost in a crowd.
Four shows across Yonkers, Newburgh, the Bronx, and New Rochelle. Exhibit at one or all four to maximize your reach across the region.
We promote every show across social media, email, and local wedding communities. Your booth gets exposure before the doors even open.
Our 6:30–9:30 PM shows fit couples' busy schedules — which means higher attendance and more motivated, focused shoppers at your booth.
Returning exhibitors can join our Preferred Vendor Program for year-round visibility on our website and priority placement at future shows.

The Process
Fill out the exhibitor application with your business details and preferred show dates. Takes less than 5 minutes.
We review your application and send a confirmation email with your invoice within 2–3 business days.
Pay your booth fee to lock in your spot. Booth space is limited and fills up fast — early applicants get priority placement.
We send you a complete exhibitor packet with setup times, load-in details, venue info, and marketing assets to promote your participation.
Arrive during your setup window, set up your booth, and spend the evening connecting with engaged couples ready to book.
The real work happens after the show. Follow up with your leads within 48 hours while the connection is still fresh.
Insider Advice
A raffle prize, branded gift, or exclusive show-only discount gives couples a reason to stop and engage with you.
Have a sign-up sheet, tablet, or QR code ready. Every name and email is a warm lead you can follow up with after the show.
Use your booth space to showcase your portfolio, samples, or live demos. Couples book what they can see and touch.
